6 restaurants in 2 days, yes chef! Springing into action, I pulled together a van loaded with the best crew (+ plenty of caffeine) and drove all across Los Angeles to highlight some incredible cooks in real kitchens wearing & wielding some new gear from Hedley & Bennett.
